Who we are

RML Transport Inc. was formed in 1978 in Shippensburg, PA by Martin and Lynn Rieff for helping fulfill the high demand in delivering tomatoes from farm to market. Since tomato’s were a seasonal product, RML Transport began to expand and partner with the local equipment manufacturers. From here is where RML Transport began to refine and focus on a growing manufacturing base in Pennsylvania landscape. RML Transport grew and focused on delivering high value equipment and service vehicles to end dealers and customers all over the eastern region. In 2018 RML Transport became a part of the Iowa Motor Truck Transport Inc. family and our goal continues to maintain a fleet of specialized trucks and trailers, while partnering with the best drivers in the industry while retaining the family feel with focus on safety and our drivers.

IMT Transport and RML Transport is an approved carrier for the DOD (Department of Defense) as well as the SDDC (Surface Deploy Distribution Command). During our 40-year history, we have grown to a over 200 plus truck fleet headquartered in Garner, Iowa with satellite terminals in Orrsbur, PA, Selma, AL, Des Moines IA, and Phoenix AZ.  IMT Transport will be opening up terminals in the near future. We are extremely happy to welcome the RML Transport Inc. team and continue to strive to become the nation's elite shipping company and the transportation company of choice for OEM truck up-fitters and equipment manufacturers nationwide.
